We stay in the newly renovated rooms on the 7th floor. Very nice..We originally was given room 429 which was very tired and need renovating. What a fantastic location right n the heart of China town and close to the rail system. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Their restaurant has great food is highly recommended.... More

The hotel is in chinatown and near to the shopping and stalls. The rooms are a little small with no fridge or safe but ok, and the bathroom had an excellent power shower. Getting to breakfast was part lift and part stairs but once you get there breakfast was a good buffet breakfast. The lady on the front desk was... More

This hotel appears to be two hotels, connected haphazardly. To get from our room to the dining room we had to go down in the lift, then work our way back from one side to the other. The a/c went off when you went out, and the rooms were hot. And small, with nowhere to put anything. No fridge. But... More

The photos make this place look great, although I think they have used the photos of their more expensive sister hotel - Swiss Garden Inn KL. Pretty overpriced for a dumpy and dingy dog box of a room, if it was cheap I wouldnt be complaining but as this was the last night of our holidays we thought we would... More

I booked the deluxe room as I love to have sunshine in my room; the superior rooms do not have windows. I was looking forward to my 2N stay at Swiss Inn after reading the many positive reviews. Upon entering the room, my mood index plummeted instantly from uber-hyped to extreme disappointment. For USD 88 per night, I certainly do... More

Swiss Inn KL is excellent. The room price is not expensive and it is worth. Check in was fast, the two receptionist at front desk is friendly, with smiling face. When i first step in the room, I feel that the room is small but it is worth. I like the shape of the table, it is special. But too... More

My parents have stayed in this hotel previously and had told us not to expect much. However we were happily surprised as the family room we had (2 adults, 1 3 1/2 year old and the 18 month old) was a perfect size for all of us to sleep comfortably (we got the port-a-cot for bubs), hold all of our... The best thing about this hotel is the location being right in the middle of Chinatown. Walk out of the hotel's cafe where they serve up a very adequate buffet breakfast which is included in the price & you walk straight onto bustling Petaling Street. There are a myriad of opportunities for cheap but tasty eats around the hotel &... More

we choose to book this hotel because we are looking for a cheaper hotel to spend the night with. we are supposed to be arriving in KL at around 00:35 and apparently our flight got delayed. so instead of like reaching the hotel around 2 or 3 am, we arrived there at 05:30 am. the guy there, he was quite... I stayed there for 1 night with my family. Room was ready with a bad luck, jammed, couldn't open it, and had to go to lobby (very far from room) multiple times. We waited outside the room for 15 minutes. Nothing happened and they gave us room to sit until the mechanic came and broke the lock to open the... More
