I arrived 6 hours before check in but was given my room straight away. The staff were delightful. Every single one of them. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are luxurious. This was our second visit to K.L. and so happy we chose this Hotel. We upgraded to Club Floor and could not fault the service. The staff were there to help in any way they could. The lounge is worth the extra $$ although we had breakfast downstairs as we were told the selection was better.

The Good:
The location (Jalan Sultan Ismail) is a 10 min walk away from KLCC and the other shopping centres. The walk is not the nicest / prettiest, but if you are a traveller it won't bother you much.
Ask for a map from the counter.
The price - For this price, it's hard to beat for such a location....

Does exactly what you would expect of this fine brand. Large rooms and bathrooms, good pressure in the shower. Fine views of the Petronas Towers, easy access to malls, convention centre and monorail. Service proved to be excellent, and as a result I have joined the frequent users club. I will be back to Crowne Plaza KL.
