The good things: - Close to airport - Staff reasonably friendly - Aircon works but isn't great The bad things: - Very expensive - Old, run-down rooms - Very noisy, especially if you are staying above the street - Telephones constantly ringing - Shower was crap and had zero pressure. Was better off washing myself using the sink tap. -... More

This hotel was the worst one I have stayed in. It was over priced and run down . The air conditioner was so cold we needed to turn it up and there was no remote in the room we had to call the desk because there was only one remote for all the units in the whole hotel. I asked... More

If your steered to this hotel by taxi service at airport tell them to take you back to airport. Was the worst hotel I have stayed in TV was dated 1960's model with no remote, bathroom lacked a toilet seat, and bed was like sleeping on a board!

My booking accommodations with another hotel didn't turn out well so when my husband and I went back to Manila from a trip to the Visayas I thought how lucky we were to have someone at the airport (a Lohr from New World transportation services??) arrange our accommodations. What I was going to pay was a bit higher but it... More

This hotel is probably the worst one I've stayed in for the price i ended up paying. Highly over priced, dirty and smelly rooms with no windows (pitch dark once you switch off the lights), AC works but no remote control (need to get up and use the buttons on the AC to change the settings), really dirty towels and... This place is a dead set hole. The traffic noise is simply deafening and good sleep impossible. At 2,500 it is way too expensive. They also have a scam running with dodgy taxi drivers and fake booking offices ie the one next door to bring unsuspecting travellers there. That is why you're paying 2,500 peso for what is essentially a... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location; Near the airport, near the mall of Asia, lots of good food nearby. The hotel itself is not so great. It is clean, but the rooms are run-down, and the staff are rude. Also the free breakfast is terrible (the lady serving it is also really stingy with the portions). Also,... More

Generally, i dont comment my experience in hotels but I spent one night in this hotel and I really dont recommend it ! 1700php per person for one night. The hall is ok but the room a infected of insects (in the bed, in the bathroom, everywhere in the room). Then, you have to call the reception to change the... More

Unless you make it a point to stay at the world's worst hotel, never ever step your feet into this god forsaken lame excuse of a hotel. You would be better off putting up a camp and living at the sidewalk of Manila than to stay a night at this junk. We arrived Manila at 2:30a.m. from Clarks for our... More
