This is worst place to stay in Malate Manila, price is high at 1700 Peso which to my opinion is worth the most 600 pesos. Not the flashiest place, but the character of the building is great, smell the oil as they oil the wooden areas, very basic, had a deluxe room, own bathroom, staff friendly, street outside busy, but you do not hear the noise, only 10 mins, walk to Robinsons Mall, lots of eating places around you.
