Do not stay in this hotel. Everything is bad her. Nothing works and it smell terrible. staff does not do anything and it's really dirty. The price is almost 2000php for a studio room for 1 night and you will not get any rest. You can live in a different hotel for the same price and have 100 times better... More

I can't see pros here but more cons which is inappropriate. But One Great thing is Cheap i think 900 a day and Nice location near night life and bars. On arrival at reception one would could be deceived into thinking maybe not to bad,as you arrive outside the lift an walk to your room ,you start to think maybe bad choice ,once you in the room your mind is made up ,what have i done !!!! Stayed there for a night. Worst hotel experience ever! The room was terrbile ( I had allergies the moment I entered!), sheets were filthy roaches and bed bugs were sharing the space with me. Clogged bathroom. Dark and dusty. The place has seen better days and it was a mistake falling for the cheap rate. More

im living in makati prime tower.. the elevator super slow... so i decided to walk down stairs and use the fire exit .. but the fire exit hall way is full of stuff that does'nt suppose to be there.. and the fire exit is so dark... its a fire hazard... the management should put alot of attention to this... More

MPT Suites room that we got first has no light, no dial tone, not clean so we decided to moved to another room and then they transferred us to another room. The room is still not so clean, doorknobs not working very well,the main doorknobs are not safe and there's no other lock to be used in the main door.... More

It is a terrible hotel if it is still called a hotel. The room is NO maintianed. Only 1 light in the room is working. Air-cond is too noisy to allow you to sleep. No hot water available (although the room is "warm"). The bed sheet is so dusty that I dare not to lay on it. The wash basin... More
