The best thing about this hotel is that its right across robinsons mall. You'll have no problem for shopping or for food. Or you could have room service and their meals are actually delicious. The rooms are clean but the shower was a bit dirty. No doubt with the AC because we were freezing! One downfall though. The Malate area... More

We stayed for s night for deluxe double room. This cost around 2500 Php. This is located in Pedro Gil just few steps away from Robinsons Place Ermita. Quite close to all the bars in Malate. The room is clean, air conditioning system is functioning normally (cold enough to put you into snooze). The toilet doest have a tub, but... More

The room seemed clean but the shower curtain in the bathroom was very dirty. I had to wear my sandals each time I took a shower for fear that my feet might catch some disease caused by this dirty shower curtain. The room that we were given was very noisy, we had to turn the TV on all night just... More

We arrived at around 1230pm and the rooms were ready (I booked 2 rooms). At first staff asked me if it's ok if she gave me rooms at different floors, told her not possible. She provided us rooms in the 8th floor. I was happy that though the rooms are not connecting, it's "almost". When were at the hallway, we... More

I stay in this hotel by occasion - my baggage didn't come with me (Moscow-HK-Manila). We book it through representative in airport (78usd), was risky, expensive, but works. The hotel Is good located and reception work good, room is enough clean.

For location alone, this hotel scores. It is in the heart of Manila. A walking distance to a major mall, within 30 minutes of Makati. The second best thing is the staff. They are very accommodating: early or late arrival, delayed check out, luggage storage if going out of Manila for short trips. I rarely eat at the hotel restaurant... More

As I do business in this down-town area this is the best of a bad bunch of hotels in the area. Staff is friendly but the area does not feel safe - loads od pimps, prostitutes, sellers of everything from belts to Viagra
