Safe and clean and it isn't far from good shopping and amenities. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but definitely makes up for the low profile when you are in the place. Very nice. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but safe. At no time did I feel worried or unsafe, even late at night. Great spot. More
