Not a terrible hotel but certainly below average in my opinion. The main problem is the noise from the nite club next door...until 5am every nite. Also on the first nite there was no hot water....but as soon as i said it was fixed in 10 minutes. A few insect in the bathroon too.

I stay at the Imperial Palace Suites whenever I am in Manila. While i can say I've stayed in better hotels, Imperial Palace is not bad . Except for the dingy corridors ( I suggest a little lighting), I'm always satisfied with the staff's service. The rooms are well-appointed and I'm always comfortable staying there.

Good hotel. Staffs were great and very helpful. They were very kind and accommodating. The thing I like most about this hotel is its near everything! Like the malls, spas, and restaurants (of every cuisine). This hotel is very accessible that it can be easily found. Will definitely go back in here!
