My wife and I and my parents were on a roadtrip to the Masters. We decided to stay in Nashville for a night and booked this hotel on hotwire for somewhere around $60 a room. Hotwire gave it 3 stars so it looked like the best value. It was fine and that's about it. First off we had to stay... More

No longer a Holiday Inn! Renamed Nashville Hotel at the Crossings. Also gone is a restaurant, room service, extended pool season.Avoid, no matter what price through discounters who rate this disappointment as a 3 star hotel in Antioch (which is miles away from everywhere through murderious Interstate traffic). There are tons of reasons why Holiday Inn dropped this bomb. More

This place was pretty run down and I am surprised to see so many positive reviews for it. Room assignment was wrong, had me in a smoking room, but they corrected that. Elevator had the most intolerable smell, something between garbage and dirty socks. Rooms are very dated with old tube TV's. AC/Heat in room was loud and the thermostat... More

This place was a decent price for what it was. I never understood why you still have Holiday Inns where you pay for breakfast. But alas, we stayed here for one night. Rooms were large and dated but it was clean. That's a good thing! HOWEVER: Be warned that a train does roll right by the hotel and you can... More

This is a great place to stay for the money. The location is right off of I-24 and is easy to get to many points of interest in the Nashville area. The rooms are clean and nice. Nothing modern, but certainly not out dated and old. The staff was friendly. The grounds are well lit and the exterior is up... More

Laundry list of problems. While most staff were pleasant, they were also mostly clueless. Pet-friendly, and policy/fee was very liberal, and fair. Room seemed clean enough, but electrical outlets not working, NO room-darkening curtains (for "show" only - did not move together across window!), and smelled a bit old/musty. Many mistakes with rate quotes, "forgetting" to waive fees they "forgot"... More

The hotel is nestled near the highway on some one way ramps. easy to get to coming from I-24W, but not I-24E. Getting out to go on the highway you have to backtrack around a few blocks to get on the one-way street. Not a deal breaker, but annoying nonetheless. There's just barely enough parking, so if you get there... More

My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn while travelling through Nashville. After reading previous reviews, I was a little worried. However, the hotel was very pleasant, easy to find, and the neighborhood was just fine. Room was clean, staff was friendly. A normal Holiday Inn experience. I left very pleased. More

My recent stay at the is property made me wonder if Holiday Inn has done an inspection lately. Upon entering the property there was a foul smell. My room also had a bad odor. There was mold in the bathtub and around the sink and the finish was peeling off the tub. Several of the electrical outlets did not work,... More

We cane to Nashville for a nice relaxing weekend. The Holiday Inn had a sparkling outdoor pool and a huge King room! The staff was super friendly and the hotel was right off the interstate. It was so hot on Friday when we were driving in that all I could think of was the outdoor POOL! However the pool was... More
