Beds are in bad condition, there was a smell, so I requested another room, they gave another one. This one was noisy, the fridge and the a/c too noisy.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and was close to many restaurants. The fitness room was very small, hot. and needed better equipment

Poor communication between front desk and housekeeping led to a couple of small issues that could have been fixed quickly (one time housekeeping broke a sink fixture and did not notify anyone leaving our items stored below the sink to become wet, we also had to push to get fresh linens after a week when the hotel claim they do...
