I have stayed here on two occasions (once last year in May of 2011 and April of this year for baseball tournaments. Both times were enjoyable. The breakfast was very good. Very clean rooms and hospitable staff. Some of the negative reviews are puzzling and I can only think that some people are hard to please.

We are in the Frisco/Allen area several times a year. We haves stayed in numerous hotels in the area, and this is by far our favorite. Conveniently located just minutes from Dallas area and adjacent to Allen Premium Outlet Mall. But the real reason that keeps us coming back is the courteous staff and outstanding breakfast!

I had to attend an all day meeting but my wife got to shop at the outlet mall. No worries for me because she could just walk out the door and be there.
