There aren't enough great things to say about this hotel. I received such a warm greeting from the staff and although I arrived a bit before schedule, the receptionist was wonderful in assisting me. The concierge did an amazing job of helping me plan various activities and locate great eating spots that were in walking distance. The room had a... More

We recently spent our 40th Anniversary at the Four Seasons Hotel, Austin. The staff made everything amazing for our special stay! From registration to check-out we were treated like dignitaries! The hotel has recently been upgraded since we were there in December. The concierge went the extra mile for my husband and arranged for floral bouquets for me. When we... More

This hotel is not up to the usual standards of the Four Seasons. Checking in took time, the room had a wet spot when we checked in. On the following day, we left our room at 8:30 and did not return until noon- no housekeeping. Went out for lunch at the hotel restaurant and came back to dress for a... More

We have just returned from our fourth stay, and as they say, some things never get old! It remains a fabulous hotel, and the way the property manges to mesh high end standards with warm and welcoming home comfort is a true sign of success. There are many grand hotels that give off a rather haughty air and are somewhat... More

Dear Katrynjie, Wow, what a great way to end the week! Thank you so much for taking the time to share some feedback about your stays at Four Seasons Hotel Austin. I especially enjoyed the idea of leaving the curtains open to wake up to "the early morning rowers gliding by silently" - a great tip! I know I speak... More

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Austin for two nights with my wife. We had a nice stay and the the view from our room (which we paid for) was great. The hotel is beautiful and our room was comfortable with a great bed. Nevertheless, I was somewhat disappointed given the price I paid. I have stayed at other... More

Derek, Thank you for taking the time to share some thoughts about your recent stay at Four Seasons Hotel Austin. I appreciated your four-star rating and the comments about your comfortable room and bed, but was very sorry to hear the impression of being nickel-and-dimed detracted from your overall stay. While we offer several complimentary amenities like overnight shoeshine service,... More

After having a horrible experience at the Driskell hotel, the staff was SO accommodating and nice, the level of quality even in the other guest was far superior. The staff escorted us in to a speedy check in and up to our room with lovely views of the city and river. The pool was nice with a lively crowd mixed... More

Being a luxury hotel snob, I count it as one of life's small pleasures to wake up in a Four Seasons, of which this one was my first disappointment in the hotel chain. Arrived from a four hour drive 11:15 on a Sunday morning. Wanted a cup of coffee & a small fruit plate to take outside to the adarondak... More

Dear msa2003, I was disappointed to read that we failed to make your recent stay at Four Seasons Hotel Austin an extraordinary one. You say you're a "hotel snob" but I don't think your requests were in any way outside what should be expected at a Four Seasons hotel. Indeed, delivery of your bags should have occurred within minutes and... More

My outstanding visit began before I even got there, when I was contacted by Christie I. asking if there was anything to make the stay more comfortable. She was able to arrange a very thoughtful wine and cheese pairing to be delivered as a surprise, which was perfectly timed at end of work day! But that wasn't it...Christie also provided... More
