Stayed heer last weekend. The area around this place looks questionable and there's a nightclub right at the entrance to the hotel driveway. Our room had a moldy smell. The staff is great here every time I stay. The rooms are great and the price is reasonable. We were only there for one night for a sporting event. We were given superior service by Deacon!!! He made sure all was good for us in the hotel and about the city:) More

Stayed there for a night. The hotel is not close to downtown and a cab has to be pre-arranged. But has a shuttle that starts around 7am and can drop/pick you from the nearby places. The Hyatt Place Hotel is not located in the best area; however the hotel is wonderful. We stayed there for several days while undergoing surgery at St. David's Hospital.
