LOVE Austin's inn at Pearl street. The found my (missing) electric adapter and gave me a glass of wine to cool down my nerves :) I stayed in the library-room - Very cool decor & very friendly staff. The B&B is located about 30 min (walk) from downtown.

This is a charming inn located just a few blocks from the State Capitol, Texas History Museum and the Unitversity of Texas. Despite a downtown location it retains the ambience of a bygone era.
