Spent a couple of nights in Austin for a conference at the Sheraton. Nice hotel, had a nice corner room on the 14th floor with great views of the Capital. Room was clean and comfortable and larger than I expected. Lots of eating spots, bars, etc. in walking distance. More

I went through a third party that messed up my three night reservation and Chase and the rest of the front desk crew went beyond my expectations and made it right. I stay at Sheraton's a lot and they always deliver, however our stay had a very nasty surprise. This was our second stay at the Sheraton Austin and we love it there. The room is great, the bed HEAVENLY and the service excellent, especially Michael Williamson. He anticipates our needs and makes everything right. We will definitely stay again. More

This place delivers what you would expect from a large chain hotel. The biggest downside is that it is locate at least a 45 minute walk from any great restaurants or shopping, so expect to drive or take cabs. More
