We almost stayed at North Hero house but decided it looked cramped and run down in the photos, and a bit overpriced. The best part about the house is the view over Lake Champlain. We got the room with the balcony overlooking the lake, although we mostly spent time in the Adirondack chairs on the lawn overlooking the water. There... More

Spent 2 nights, pretty location, fascinating house (some parts built 1835), nicely appointed. I stayed in a 2nd floor room with balcony, fire place, sofa with a wonderful view overlooking Lake Champlain. Sue was excellent and being available and answering questions about the area. Very comfortable setting, excellent breakfasts and a dinner made by Sue. A previous reviewer said no... More

First, we notified hosts/owners Sue & Bob that we would be arriving very late - between 10 & 11pm. When we arrived we faced smiling hosts that... More

My partner and I spent two very happy nights at this beautiful and comfortable B&B. The view of and access to Lake Champlain is incomparable, and the house itself is cozy, bright, and welcoming. Our hosts took great care of us, with delicious breakfasts, good conversation, and helpful tips on local hikes and eats. The decor is charming without devolving... More

We stayed here in August for an end of summer getaway. It was a wonderful place to just "be". Our room overlooked Lake Champlain and the view was incredible! The owners Sue and Bob were great hosts. Each morning we awoke to a superb home cooked breakfast. Bob and Sue were very nice and gave suggestions as where to dine... More

My husband and I stayed at Thomas Mott for a week in August. We had a fabulous vacation and were very pleased with our accomodations. The Bed and Breakfast was right on the water and our room had a gorgeous view of Lake Champlain. Our hosts Bob and Sue were super friendly and very helpful in our planning. My husband... More
