Absolutely impossible to get through to the billing department to get a copy of the bill!! It's and endless circle of holding, getting through to the front desk, being put on hold for billing, being re-routed. Customer no-service!!!!!

Stayed here last year and was amazingly disappointed. Tried them again and they have turned the place around. Good service, clean, and friendly. Perfect location to jump on the metro across the street to get anywhere you want to go in DC. It was truly a pleasure.

Located directly off the King St. exit of the Metro, this hotel has been fantastic. Clean rooms, soft beds, and a great breakfast buffet make the stay easy. The atrium and public areas are beautiful. The room suites are large and the fridge and microwave in each one make it convenient when you have leftovers.

You can't beat this location but sometimes the staff isn't too smart on helping you get the type of room you prefer.
