It is definitely not the best hotel in the area, but is a very good value for the location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get us into adjoining rooms and the van driver was one of the most helpful and accommodating I have found anywhere. More

Negatives: Ended up in a smoking room and unable to change to a non-smoking room. The staff did their best to make it passable (febreeze and an ozone generator). Yuck! This is a nice holiday inn. It was clean and the rooms were in good repair. The staff was helpful and breakfast (1 per room per night) was free with priority club membership. It was very close to DC. Remarkably, there was no noise from the airport. Rooms only get a 3 because they were a bit small (king rm). More

A stone through from Washington-Reagan airport and within walking distance to DC Blue line Metro train. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Diner attached to hotel spaces is good but not great. Rooms are clean but on the small size if staying for more than a week. More
