The pictures and 5 start rating can deceiving, but don't let yourself be mistaken. I just spend 4 nights wiht my family, and my conclusion is this is a poorly managed hotel that is not worried about customer service and satisfaction. I wentered the room on the 2nd floor , it was a big room , however the noise of amachine on the first level was unberable. After I complained , they moved me to an upper level and distant from the noisy machine. I didn't find the room as clean as I am used to in my trips. If you... More

Excellent location, many good restaurants at walking distance. That's the only pro. Poor room quality, bad old bed and the pillow stinks. Unacceptable for a USD 200 hotel. There's also an extra USD 2/day for the use of the safe. More
