Great breakfasts, great value for money, and great uninterrupted sea views from the restaurant and pool deck. Very friendly staff. Spacious apartments. Rather noisy aircon. Good location between town centre and Rio Vermelho (try the fish market for great local eating). Easy access to buses and taxis. A bit far from any food shops. More

We stayied at Ondina Aparthotel for four days - I was attending a conference on Othon Palace, next door, and brought my family to enjoy a bit of Salvador. I attended a conference in Salvador for five days (it was held at the Bahia Othon Palace next door) in July 2006. I brought my family along, and was glad to have stayed at this less-expensive, perfectly serviceable alternative.
