The room is big and the lake is pretty. Everything else is sub-standard and/or worn out. Getting a taxi at night or in the morning can involve a long wait. There have to be better hotels for the same price in Brasilia. This one is really not good. I would not stay here again.

First of all, I was there on business and not looking for their Resort facilities. But one thing I can ensure: that's definitely not a Resort, it is a common Hotel inside a residential condo that shares some of the residents facilities (tennis courts and etc.) with the Hotel.
