Is a average hotel, but good service and cleaning. Pool is small but the sauna is good. Gym is so so... Hotel is close to a shopping mall what can be very helpful in Brasilia. Breakfast is ok, but they are strict about the time, if you arrive 5 minuts late they won't get you in to have breakfast. More

If you have never been to Brasilia the hotels there are overpriced and low value for money ratio. This is due to the limited hotels in the 3-4* range and a captive market. People NEED to come to Brasilia on Business so their rates tend to be >$200IUS for a so-so room. This hotel is solid 3 star and had... More

The Sonesta Hotel is a great value for money option in Brasília. Compared to other options around the same location, the hotel is a reasonable 3* star hotel, with quiet rooms, free WIFI high-speed internet, very good breakfast and comfortable beds. The rooms are fairly basic but do the job. The staff at reception were very friendly and help me... More

Room was fairly basic but perfectly comfortable. Two twin beds, aircon. I reserved a room with a 'kitchenette' which turned out to be a sink and microwave in addition to minibar fridge. No dishes or kettle. Food in the restaurant and from room service was good and reasonably priced. High-speed internet available by cable in the rooms, for free. Nice... More

Booked my stay on the web and when we got there, the reservation did not match. We were sent to a much smaller room on a 12th floor that by the way, hot water does not go to in the morning (while everybody is getting ready). NO lake, NO Esplanada views as it was advertised on the web. The building... More

This hotel certainly ranks in the top three hotels for service, that we have ever stayed at! The actual facilities are good, the breakfast same, but I would rank it more like a three star hotel (in North America) for facilities, rather than four. The rooms are spacious though and very clean. The service, however, is definitely 5+ stars! The... More

The hotel looks quite new, and is next door to several other hotels, including the Mercure properties. My room, on the 7th floor, was very spacious with a large shower and nice sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a very nice size overall. Internet (wired) in the room was high-speed, and free. I believe the... More

Clean, modern hotel in ok location. Nice decor, no bar, broken air con, pool out of service, boring city, dull weekend break. Overpriced, wouldn't go back. More
