Nice and adequate structure, good position near the commercial center, efficiency of the reception very ordinary... but the worst is the (un) cleaning of the rooms: too much superficial for this kind of Hotel.

I used this hotel twice for business reasons. It is fair; price and accommodation are good and it is located close downtown and good restaurants which make our life better when you are traveling on business and do not have much time to spend on finding restaurants and meeting to customers.

Good mostly residential neighborhood. Variety of excellent restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Fully stocked supermarket 1 minute from front door of hotel. Nice localization at city and near of center. Friendship reception. Clean. Good price for this class of hotel : US 95,00 a day.

The room, shower, bed, breakfast are very under my expectations. The only good thing was the wifi internet connection (free).

We very much enjoyed our time at Mercure Curitiba Batel. The hotel was very comfortable and was ideal for our business stay. The staff were helpful and food was well presented. The rooms were very well layed out including cooking facilities

I was impressed with the size of the suite you get (mini-kitchen, living room, bedroom etc)...decent location and comfortable beds. I had a dress shirt pressed for meetings the next day and it was destroyed by an unidentified stain. I asked for full reimbursement but they could only agree to 10x the cost of pressing it.
