My wife and I stayed here for four nights in November 2011. The location is amazing- right in between Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Rooms were spacious and clean. The Arpoador Inn is a good hotel, with excellent location. Overall the hotel is good value, but be aware of the restaurant staff and management.
