The location of this hotel is a good location in Copacabana, but the hotel is awful. The service we received was not friendly or helpful. The room was big and spacious, but the carpet, furniture, and bed were all old and dirty. The linens were dirty as well. Overall this is a poor hotel and I would not come back.

The rooms are a decent size with great views of Copacabana, but Dark walls, small bed, ridichulous bathroom, dirty door, run-dow elevator. The hotel is very badly in need of refurbishment and the rooms and towels were well worn and looked dirty.

Stayed here for three night and four days.....arrived at 2pm and asked if we could have a room facing the beach....they have about 30 of them.....the front desk were very polite and said we could have an upgraded room if we could wait for an hour....so we did and went for a walk along the beach and check the surrounding... Stayed there one week. Location is the biggest value of the hotel. The room equipment is quite old but sufficient. Air conditioning in the rooms was very noisy and I am not sure if it was really working. The hotel could not receive any guest. Urgent need of refurbishing. Dark walls, small bed, ridiculous bathroom, dirty doors, run-down elevator.
