Paid over £100 here for one night, understandable during Carnival though. It was comfortable but extremely dated and very basic, didn't look like anything had been replaced since the 70s. Much of their lighting and electricity points didn't work correctly. Very clean though and the front desk staff and bellboy were very friendly and helpful. More

The hotel is well located, has a top floor with a small pool and nice view. The rooms are small but fine, since you are not in Rio to be at your hotel room anyway.
