Just a street back from Copacabana Beach in a safe neighbourhood. Staff were helpful and easygoing with an amazing view from the breakfast room on the roof! The rooms were quite dated, and furniture very old, with a very weird smell - keep the cupboards closed! More

Located one block back from the beachfront, from my corner room I can just about see the sea. Rooms are clean but basic, slightly outdated decor but functional. Staff seem reasonably helpful. Stayed here as part of Intrepid tour, well located hotel (we had a view from one of our windows out over Copacabana beach), clean and well sized rooms and cuboards but nothing flash. Internet access in lobby, but very slow. Overall it was a clean, basic hotel, good breakfast, good location. More
