I've been there on business for one single night. This is a good place for staying, has relatively good and enough facilities as well as comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast is well done and the fitness area provide good time for exercises. Another highlight is the view of guaiba from some rooms, not all. I'd stay there again. More

The top floor has a pool, not big but ok, with a nice view. Road in front has a lot of traffic what makes the room a bit noise. The room has special windows to avoid all the noise, but you must to keep the windows closed. Service was alright as the breakfast. More

I really expected more from a Blue Tree Flat. First room I was sent too had a VERY DIRTY bathroom. The manager promptly found another room for me.
