Nice rooms, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, fast Internet. The only complaint would be the hot room upon one's return, as the a/c is triggered by the room's motion sensor, and therefore shuts off in one's absence.

This is a very disorganised hotel. They are all over the place. The front office manager doesn't even know the difference in room types on the hotel. The housekeeping is very poor. I often stay here when travelling to Sao Paulo for business. The hotel is clean and modern with all the amenities for a business hotel.Wifi is available throughout and seems faultless. Both breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located not too far from downtown and a walk away from Ibirapuera Park.
