Stayed here three times and I am afraid I must issue a warning: they tried to charge extra every single time. I was a guest at this hotel for several months, and repeated caught "Nedia" the Front Desk Manager and reservations staff in repeated lies about availability of rooms. Bathroom is outdated, walls seem dirty/moldy . Toiletry products offered are few and very poor quality. There is no bathrobe. Lobby very small and busy. Elevators and check-in counter are facing each other just 5 feet away. Restaurant has excellent service ! More

Rooms are on the small side for a Mercure hotel, bur the price is right. Airplane noise can be heard through closed windows (Congonhas airport is nearby - R$20,00 taxi ride to and from the hotel). Hotel is well located in a safe neighborhood. More
