Rooms are quite old and poorly maintained. Carpet is especially dirty. Certainly in need of periodic steam cleaning. Bedding, however, is of good quality. Once again I was trapped by Mercure's name. This was a "Mercure Apartment" and not a "Mercure Hotel" which are usually good. Mercure Apartment means you get a all-in-one kitchen-living-sleeping room.
