The Shopping mall is next door (my wife love it) and has a very nice view of the city, the room was clean and I enjoy the little kitchen (very convenient) just the breakfast should have more options but was inclusive so can't complain too much. “Lovely rooms”

Nice hotel. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Food is not very good but there is a large shopping mall next door with several places to eat. The bar is small and modern and has a good selection of drinks. Maybe worth buying a phrase book before you arrive as only the receptionists speak English.

Myself and many of my colleagues have stayed here for business since early April, most of us for nearly 2 weeks each. Hotel amenities very similar to Hampton Inns in the USA, but the rooms are larger, bathrooms smaller. I had a standard room. ~5,000 BTU wall unit A/C with remote control. I stayed here with a number of colleagues, it was our first visit to Brazil so was not sure what to expect, the hotel was tired but was clean and service pretty good. Location seemed to be ok. The reception was very slow... at first they could not find my reservation and then it took them ages to complete the check in. “Decent Business hotel”

The room was quite spacious. There was ample desk space to get work done. There was nothing about the room that was either outstanding, or terrible. The restaurant is quite small and the breakfast options where somewhat lacking.

Stayed here in an excellent room...really spacious and clean. Staff were friendly but completely overwhelmed at checkout (go early to do this). I had to wait 30 mins in a queue despite three people serving. The hotel is in a good location, next door to a modern shopping mall. The only thing it needs really is a bar...I don't think... More

I am in Sorocaba regularly on business from Europe . Unfortunately it seems that there is a lack of competition for business hotels in Sorocaba which is not beneficial for quality.
