We got there thanks to advice from forums, and do not regret it! The guesthouse is located at about 5min (with a motorcycle) from the center in a pretty quiet area, without much noise at night. We went to "Chez Sam" by change and we were not disappointed. Sam and his lovely wife, Anelyse, are very welcoming and warm. The place is close to the center. Chez Sam is just on the outskirts of the City. Sarom arranged a tuk tuk driver to meet us from the Siem Reap boat. The guesthouse has 3 rooms which have fans, but only one has A/C too.
