According to our guide this was the best hotel in Battambang (I really don't want to see the rest!). But it was only for one night and for that it was good enough. Somehow it made a Russian impression on us, long boring hallways, a room with the bare minimum and they forgot to clean our room. We saw how... More

Very basic looking hotel. Nothing was nice about it, rooms small and bare, bathrooms very strange without proper shower cubic. Hotel reception not willing to interact. I could not have breakfast there as restaurant is not open. The hotel is changing its name to Menbora Hotel & Restaurant II. IT may be that the breakfast restaurant is closed because of... More

Another hotel on the tourist trail in Cambodia. Not bad by local standards. Clean roomy and everything worked this time. Our room had curtains over a small window overlooking an indoor corridor..... OK but at least it was quiet and only one night. Try the 'Smoking pot' for eating, pretty good. No, they don't do that stuff, much to the... More

we stayed at the Teo for one night, we had a double without windows, bathroom was very simple but decent, bed large and air conditioning was working, there's no breakfast, and most of the (limited) staff though ehlpfl doesn't speak other than khmer. yet for 7 dollars each you can't ask for luxury, perfect as budget overnight. wifi available for... Ok, it's not the most attractive of motels, but the rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need, hot water, air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, TV and laundry service. The setup reminded me of a hospital but otherwise I have no complaints. It's a short walk from the outdoor eating place by the river which offers good honest... More

I don't know if there is anything positive about this hotel except for the price. The room was old and outdated, almost totally tiled. The bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, old and looked a bit scary - almost like in some horror movie. I can't even desribe the atmosphere at this hotel - it felt... More

I left a day early and forfeited a night's fees. This hotel creeped me out and I'm a former college football linebacker. The rooms do look like asylum rooms and the lighting is very dim. The bed was also incredibly uncomfortable. When I arrived the power was out in the entire building. I got the impression that was normal. I... More

The other reviewers are right about the in-house restaurant. It is horrible and overpriced. That is where my negative criticism ends. It was immaculately clean and the service was top-notch. The front desk was always happy to exchange currencies, give directions, and were extremely polite. Laundry was done in a timely manner and the room was a nice comfortable retreat... More

Unfortunately we couldn't stay at La Villa as it was booked up, so we ended up here. I guess it was OK for Battambang, but we were looking forward to finally crashing at a pool. Rooms were basic, but functioning. Some people complain about small rooms, but we had the more expensive rooms, and I am glad we paid the... More
