My husband and I made an unexpected stop in this hotel when our plane was diverted into Birmingham. We made it to the hotel at about 2 AM, and the room was very clean, fully stocked, the staff was very friendly, and the beds very comfortable. Hotel is very close to airport. Free shuttle within four mile radius. Lobby is nIce. Rooms are big. Hotel itself is very dated. Air conditioning in the room works very well in this AL heat.
