Staff was friendly, patient with my 7-year-old who did the whole"I want to push the elevator button" thing. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and new-looking upholstery and curtains in the lobby. The pool was nice and clean, furniture nicer than the average strappy lounge chairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

I've been staying at this hotel weekly for several months. It's an easy commute into downtown if you avoid rush hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was exceptional. I was very impressed with the renovations of the rooms. When I stayed here years ago, the hotel had an antique feel and was different from every other Hampton I have stayed at. Now it is modern and fresh! Breakfast had a new item, freshly made oatmeal which I enjoyed as a healthy option...

Stayed there for business on 1/24. Good location but bed was "concave", room was musty and needed updating. I am used to having hardboiled eggs on the breakfast bar at Hampton Inn's. I asked the attendant if they had some and she said not anymore...why ? "we had to cut back"
