We stayed here in May 2011 for 1 night, and enjoyed our stay! It's fairly new, has free parking, clean, and a wonderful breakfast! For breakfast there was a plethora of fresh fruit/vegetables that they grow, meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs, and coffee/tea. It took us about 10 minutes to walk into the center of Rovinj.
