just one thing to say.. if you suggest this hotel to anyone he will not kick once he experiences it... Food is the ulimate usp for this hotel and if you are north Indian and worried about decent food in Munnar.. just go for it... hotels rooms were gr8 and very comfy

Had a trip with my wife.staff was very friendly and cooperative,food was good.view from our room. You have to be here to experience it. They serve good food, and rooms are also very comfortable and well furnished. The staff is kind enough and the provide you with a pamphlet about attractions in and around Munnar.less 

Had a trip with family. Was very comfy. The service was really good. Great Staff and yummy food I especially liked the view from the room.. Its quite lovely! And also the camp fire beside the lake at night. A great way to relax. I recommend!
