Booked my room through MMT. On reaching, dumped us in other hotel. Not bothered to inform prior that they can not accomodate us. Bluntly told us that rennovation work got delayed hence can not offer the room. Do not fall prey to the ratings/ stars they have achieved.

I have stayed in this resort for 2 days and it was a very good experience.. It is 7 to 10 km from munnar town.. u can find nice hospitality.. nice location and view of munnar valley.. had very nice service, nice breakfast with many options.. One word to say is.. loved the place a lot..

I stayed this resort for one night and one day. It was a gift from my company. Hotel not providing luxury facilities, but clean and use in affordable price. Good service, very quick and responsive management. Rooms are good, hot water option, room service is very fast which is what I liked. Room comes with complimentary breakfast.
