Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and the stay was wonderful and above my expectations, since the climate being a bit cold at munnar hotel provides 24hrs hot water... servicing is good and food was awesome.... Place was calm and very peaceful....

Munnar hill station is a scenic beauty. Good destination for newly wed for honeymoon :) The hotel was good. The restaurant has excellent food.

The room we had got was right below the kitchen and all night we had to hear the sounds of dishes and other stuff.. Couldnt catch much sleep. Breakfast was good. Descent spread. But lunch and dinner were average.

We had a good stay although there was some confusion earlier regarding the Room category. The rooms are nicely done and offers a good view over the small valley outside. The food quality is good but little costly. being in Munnar the hotel doesnot have any airconditioning so not sure what will happen in peak summer of May/June.

The only positive about this hotel is that view around is good. But the rooms are not worth living...Beds are small in size with smell in Blankets. Toilet are the worst part; there is no proper exhaust system; so there is lot of smell in toilets. Hot water will come only after you call the reception.... Avoid Garden facing room... More

This was one of the major attractions for stay when it started but it is losing the charm gradually. Maintenencae is not par with other Abad hotels and it is not a worthy stay now a days considering their rates. There is no public transport available to the hotel so need to take a car or rikshaw from the town.
