Never go to this place, we had it booked by the agency in Bangkok and got extremely disapointed! They did not warn us about the conditions if the room and ripped of over 1000 Baht! We could not change anything and this made our stay in this nice island difficult to overcome.. We advise never trust agency in booking hotels!

Situated in a good location and although the room is spacious it wasn't cleaned once during our stay- we stayed 5 nights. Most of the staff are helpful. If your looking for a room near all the action then this is a good place to rest your head but don't expect much more.

do not stay here most expensive place weve stayed on our two month travels and also the worst. Receptionist was vile and rude and the rooms were small and dirty and smelly. Was extremely loud, and they didnt clean or change towels once. Avoid at all costs

Booked to stay here for a week on Xmas week and only stayed one night. The rooms are tiny, dark, dirty and staff don't give two monkeys! We left after one night and moved to a hotel behind it. Best thing we did!

we got it booked by Thai Backpacker Travel in Bangkok. The room was not to bad but the bathroom was filthy. We had to buy air-freshener to get rid of the smell. Coucroaches in the bathroom. Noisy at night, not to far from the beach with all night parties
