Stayed for 3 nights with 10 friends and family. Staff couldn't care if you were there or not , breakfast was awful and crawling with ants. We never risked eating at the restaurant as it looked poor. Rooms were basic and not the cleanest. The only good thing was central location.

The location is central to Sairee and a short distance to all amenities and the accommodatiom was clean and maintained to a good standard. However it was overpriced. Few nights here in April. It's in a good location (near to the nightlife but still quiet) and very near beach. Large and clean pool. Friendly staff and good value. Good breakfast buffet with everything you'd expect. Highly recommend the street vendor selling pancakes on the road outside!

Great location but unfriendly staff. The breakfast was average and the rooms were nice but filled with Mosquitos and our air conditioning was broken - stuck on one setting. Don't eat at the restaurant was disappointed (not authentic thai) good pool and good for the price.

This hotel has a great quiet location but is only a 5 minute walk to all the bars and nightlife. Also set right on the beach.
