We didn't stay at the guesthouse because it was fully booked. We asked if we could have breakfast there bacause there was none at our guesthouse and the one we had in town was not very good. We had a wonderful breakfast, full and Japanese one which wre both delicious . Friendly owner.

I did not stay at R-Lampang because it was fully booked! This place is very famous for Thai, so you must book in advance. I stopped by this place for a while, really enjoy the decorations, river view and souvenirs. The owner showed me around and gave some useful information. This place is also closed to the weekend night market.

This guesthouse has much to recommend it... We stayed in the room you can see in the above photo on the ground floor. We only stayed one night and for the 550 baht we paid, it was excellent value. The room was basic but clean and tidy. Came away impressed wtih R=Lampang thanks to its pink and green cheerful colors, 50s-60s furniture with lots of interesting old stuff like TV, radio etc. This is a restored wooden Thai house made modern. I found it very clean and cosy. I especially loved the riverside seats and the roomy, clean rabbit hutch and koi pond. The staff were friendly and helpful. We, stayed at R-Lampang for one week and enjoyed the time very much. The room size is good enough, comfortable, clean and hot water is always available. All staff are very friendly and helpful. And it`s easy to find way to go shopping and find something to eat. Overall, a great holiday and I would definitely recommend to my friends.
