The aircon of the room that i was staying was out but I didnt bother to make complaint because i was out most of the time. Quite happy with the stay. Satellite TV, hot & cold shower. Complimentary drinking waters, tea & coffee. The toilet rolls are good quality though.

Lousy service and bad attitude of the staffs. Staffs are unfriendly, slow, impatient....overall are very bad! i will not come back this Hotel again!

The room at this hotel was really a pleasant surprise. Large in size, clean and nice style. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice, but take a light jacket with you as air-conditioning is very cold. Everything about the hotel was fine except the Internet was so bad that I could not send or receive email. I talked to the staff several times and got different excuses. If you don't care about Internet access, you will be pleased.
