Adequate and well furnished hotel room. Amazing hotel for my kids for its huge swimming pool fitted with water slides, jacuzzi, water sports etc. Also giant chess board, pool tanle, ping pong. My kids were excited about ATV rides but they only allow 17yrs old abve. That was frustrating akthough it was fo safety reason. We rent bikes and we...

Staying on and off at this hotel over a duration of 3 months for work. The hotel rooms are average, rooms on the lower floors are better and also have a nice view of the beach.
Hotel room and facilities seems a little dated and need upgrading.
However, you can hear the sound of the waves from your room which...

Awesome hotel with nice and cozy room. The surrounding are nicely filled with greenary. The beach is ok only. The swimming pool is nice with good kiddo pools.
During my say over the weekends I find this place rather relaxing. The settings of the resort was filled with wood and plants with traditional and cultural design in the lobby. The best thing is there's a private beach. I stayed at level 5 and rhe rooms were clean and well kept with new tiles and bath room. Considering this...

Stayed 5 nights as a business traveler this time, so could not make use of the resort facilities. Excellent beach front, swimming pools and play areas for children. Good golf course and driving range. Have stayed several times since 1998 and, therefore, could see that the rooms have been renovated. My room had a large bath tub INSIDE the room....

For a Business person you are left with two, equally miserable...

Nice location, but the years have had its way with the property. Service is mixed as a lot of staff turnover (typical of the area) creates some serious issues. Best option by far for the area, but that isn't saying too much. They offer everything you would expect from a large beach/golf resort. Reasonable pricing and lack of serious competition...

Checked in smoothly on 29 Feb 2012. Sharing the room with a colleague but only one key was provided for us to share.
No one offered to help on the luggage.
Room was no face-lift, same as my last years' stays.
Breakfast was with old time choices. Nasi Lemak was served with not-well-cooked groundnuts and anchovies.
Cafe was averagely managed...
