Very good service, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price, clean rooms, good breakfast.The beach is just across the road, Hikkaduwa is a fabulous place for snorkelling. We stayed here for 7 nights and would definitely come and stay again.

Kingsley runs a nice place and has chosen nice people to work there. They all feel like family running the place beautifully with particular attention to keeping it spotless. K cleans the pool each morning himself (before taking his surf board across the street to the beach)

Just had 2 nights here, it's a lovely guesthouse. The rooms are basic in terms if furnishings....but a double bed, a/c, balcony and a decent bathroom with hot water. 2 mins walk to the beach and they have a pool if you don't fancy getting sandy! Great spot in Hikkaduwa and very reasonably priced too. Will return.
