I stayed At Vishal Hotel for one night, as I ended up in Delhi by necessity. The staff was pretty nice, but the room was pretty bad. For 400 rupees you might be able to find something better in the area, if you absolutely have to be in Pahar Ganj. You are better off finding an alternative area in Delhi...
