Stayed there for one week and overall it was a very good experience. We were on a sort of AI package and experienced an excellent service from the staff. The rooms were smelly and not very clean at all. No hot water, lights not working. I was only there for one night. I did not book the hotel myself as I was doing a two week tour of India and all hotels had been pre booked by the tour organizer.

The rooms were dirty. The toilet and bathroom smelly. and the service really bad. we asked for things and were always told it was coming in 5 mins but it never came. The TV was not working half of the time. No toileteries were provided. We asked for towels and never got any.
