Rooms are large, well appointed and extraordinarlily comfortable - watch your head on the shower if you are over 5'10' :) The art work in the hotel is amazing and it's like stepping into a gallery - pictures. paintings and statues at every turn plotting the course of... Quick review today : I stayed 2 nights on business at the Imperial and found it to be the best balance so far between my previous experiences in town, either too modern (Westin Gurgaeon) or Oberoi (needs a face lift). Everything worked perfectly, the food was exquisite, and the amenities truly first class...at a competitive rate. Suberb bedroom with an... More

Amazing hotel, really enjoyed everything about it. Great location, perfect for exploring New Delhi, would happily stay here again. My only reservation would be that when staying in an expensive hotel it seems unnecessary to charge for Wifi. Need to accept that free Wifi is more the norm nowadays. Went to the spice route, was great, but thought it cheeky... More

I stayed for 2 nights for marriage party of my relation. Nice room, but kibla direction, special for moslems, beware of the food, pork is served without any separation with other meat. Thank God they have internet connection. The gallery is full of painting and history things from the past england imperialism. The most exciting moment is only at the... More

We start our 6 weeks trip in india by Delhi and stay at the Imperial. Very good choice, the place make you travel back in time during the Raj, with is victorian colonial style. It give you a taste of the excellent service you can find in India. The guest are a nice mix of international people as well as... More

After almost three weeks in India the Imperial Hotel was my last stop and what a wonderful way to finish the trip! You get a feeling of nostalgia from the moment you drive in through the gate and up to the hotel entrance. The foyer is very grand and the staff very welcoming. I had a Deco room which was... More

We stayed for 2 nights at the Imperial at the end of trip in India after having spent a month in an ashram. We were ready for some pampering and we got it. The room and service were perfect. The breakfast buffet which is included is the best included breakfast I've had anywhere, anytime. We had one lunch in the hotel... More

You can't beat the excellent location, close to almost everything you may need. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptionally rich and varied (best croissants in this side of the world, I'm quite sure!). Also enjoyed the food, the tour and ambience at The Spice Route Restaurant. Service is good, but a bit over the top with excessive... More
