I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on a business trip to Delhi. I normally stay at the Hyatt Regency but decided to be different. Location not excellent. There's not much around and you will need to spend to go to the centre. Then again, booking a Taxi for 8 hours or (80 kms) would cost you just 20 pounds. You will a taxi for everything and will be compelled to ask the hotel to call you one as there is no taxi rank next... More

Had a good greeting from the staff on our arrival and keys were handed out quickly. If you dont smoke, ask for a non smoking floor.A nice room with plenty of space. Hotel is modern(ish) but needs maintenance to bring it to a decent quality. No smoking area (even though you die of pollution when you step outside) but the service was not bad. Handy location for my business needs but otherwise would not stay a second time. Becoming a package tourist hotel which does not bode well for service levels. More

Hotel has excellent atmosphere. The staff are very cheerful, friendly and ready to help at any time.
